Cannot skip The Skeleton King event

When entering the skeleton king's crypt and a cut scene starts hit escape and yes to skip the event. nothing will happen and the cut scene will keep playing. you can do this multiple times and it won't skip.

This is a new bug to this patch. expected outcome would be for the cutscene to skip or not to have the menu to skip it if it can't be skipped.
