Just got killed by one of those tentacular purple things with their shooting purple balls that accompany particularly strong monster heroes and it said:

"Kenneth was slain by a !!Missing!! - Monsters:MonsterAffix_ArcaneEnchanted_PetOnDeath!"

Which I don't think is exactly what you're going for.
