Magic Find Bugged?

Hello there,

I am currently aware that the magic shrine is bugged. I just feel as if "Magic Find" in general is bugged? On my first play through as the wizard I got 2 rares, with roughly 15% ish magic find, I thought sweet!

On my 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th kill I have yet to see another rare item and only blues. I have roughly over 50% (52-54). So I'm wondering:

A) Is magic find bugged?

B) It's not bugged, I only got lucky on the Skeleton King kill

C) The first kill of the Skeleton King drops yellows, but not on repetitive "magic find" missions.

Bare in mind that I am currently only playing the Wizard, so maybe if you guys get yellow items on each of your first kills.

After killing the Skeleton King on all five classes, I noticed that he's dropped rare items the first time, but not any subsequent kills.
