[Bug] - potions in stash

Hey,

I just realized each time I restart the Quest "Fire from the Sky" the 2 Potions in the Stash which are provided get recreated. Is this intended? The Character I am testing with is already done with this quest long ago.

Can you try this again please? This did not happen for me since the new Beta patch.
