Skeleton Lore "Audio File" Not Playing

When you first encounter the skeleton mob, the lore audio will not play upon pressing the Lore UI button. In addition the journal entry will not play the audio file either.

The lore entry for the Skeleton will not play it's voice over. The lore entry itself shows up correctly in your Journal.
