Witch Doctor Zombie Charger Issues

I've encountered a few issues with the Zombie Charger (ZC) skill for the Witch Doctor that I'd like to point out since I haven't seen anyone else mention it yet.

The skill itself has a very long animation in comparison to other attack spells. After initially casting the spell it takes around 2 seconds before being able to move again. This makes it annoying to cast one ZC then move back as hordes of enemies charge towards you, especially considering it's short range.

On the topic of it's short range, it seems odd to me that the character doesn't move to get in range to cast this spell either. This really applies to any other short range spells in the game.

If there is an enemy on the edge of your screen and you cast ZC on it, the WD will cast the spell and the ZC will just disintegrate well out of range. The WD should move up to the furthest reach of the spell and then cast ensuring a hit assuming it doesn't move past the range after cast.

Finally the ZC also seems to get caught up a lot when casting near a wall or corner. There are times when you cast ZC and it will not move at all because a small corner from a railing or pillar in a room is in front of it, yet enemies are still able to hit you from the same angle.

Some of these sound like bugs. I'm going to move this thread to the Bug Report forums to research.
