Error 3006 is Back - Blue Tracker

Cant create a game at all. Just like the past few nights, I leave to go eat (I am seeing a pattern here, Diablo is telling me not to eat!!! lol) and I come back and cant make a game. Getting error 3006. Have been trying for a bit now with no luck

Yep same here, was happening intermittently but now permanent
