Launcher telling me D3 is already running

First I am on Windows XP. I was in game earlier and decided to update graphics card drivers. I exited the game and updated drivers. Restarted computer and now when I go to the D3 launcher I get the error that Diablo 3 is already running. Checked the task manager and it is not running anywhere. Anyone else having this issue?

Halbgott, please try stopping these programs in your Task Manager or Processes:

DiabloIII.exe
Launcher.exe
Agent.exe

If stopping all of those does not work, let me know.

Also, Agent.exe will not close if you crash, so that might be why you are having issues. If you can, try to always close Diablo III normally so you don't have Agent.exe still running thinking you crashed.

I had this same error 5 hours ago with no Agent.exe running but it was solved by deleting battle.net folder and just reboot the program.
