Season 23 will begin on April 2, at 5PM (PDT/CEST/KST) shortly after our next Diablo III update. Read on to learn more about the Follower system revamp, leaderboard changes, and Legendary item changes coming in Patch 2.7.0. We are expecting this update to be released on March 30.

The change/update is intended to increase the speed (buff) of the teleport.
We wanted to share that we’re listening in on the feedback regarding the Firebird’s Finery set, and investigating opportunities to update some of the changes (nerfs) recently posted in the preview blog. We’re hoping to get this working soon and will update the thread and blog along with any developer notes we can share to keep you all in the loop. Patch day today! We are working on updating the PC version as we speak. Players may be experiencing some login issues while we are in the process of updating to the new patch.
For consoles - You should be good to go.

Today we addressed an issue related to the Razor Strop item. After some investigation, it appears that the item was causing server issues and a fix has been applied to help prevent players from disconnecting from games.
Hey folks - today we fixed an unintended interaction with Mirror Image deaths causing Firebird’s 2-piece bonus to proc a meteor to fall from the sky. Note* This fix is PC only fix.

We wanted to share transparency on the hotfix released today. Our original fix with the Mirror Image and Firebird’s 2-piece bonus was intended to remove an unintended interaction that was causing errors to occur on the back-end. Upon reflection, we realized this was a mistake to release a mid-season nerf to Firebirds. Through the recent patches, our team has been able to correct the back-end errors and we have reverted the nerf to allow Mirror Images to proc the Firebird’s 2-piece set. This should restore the Firebird’s power to its original state, while also hopefully improving the lag players are seeing. We appreciate your patience and feedback on this. Thank you!
