So... will the music be as amazing as Diablo and Diablo 2? I could sit in act 1 and just listen to the music in Diablo 2, it was so unique and nice to listen to. Matt Uelmen is a musical genius!

In my humble opinion, and based on what I've heard so far...

Yes. I am deeply in love with the music being crafted for Diablo III. I wish that there could somehow be 1000 hours of it.
