Limited RMT listings per...Account/Character?

I'm going to make a safe assumption that limitations on RMT listings will be restricted on the account, rather then each character.

Can you confirm?

There are no limitations on listing items. The closest thing you're going to see to a limitation is the number of free postings offered in a week, and that is at the account level. Pretty much everything in the system will be measured at the account level, not the character level.
