http://ka. game. 163 .com/ceshihao/diablo3/fengce.html

(Edit: Why is a fansite blocked by the word filter? 163 dot com used to be Diablo3 dot cc)

Now, let's clear up some business. This stuff is being posted by kane, a prolific blizzard fan who works for a website that is in the fansite program. So this is very likely to be legit.

What the webpage proposes is that the first 2,000 people who pre-order the game on there are guaranteed a beta key, a first-wave key no less. This is incredibly interesting for a lot of reasons.

1. 2,000 keys. The D2 beta was 1,000 people total.
2. There may be an asian beta? In addition to an NA/EU beta?
3. They're guaranteed first wave. Nothing like that has been done by blizzard before, even blizzcon attendees didn't get first-wave priority invites for SC2.
4. There will be waves of testers.

This was found by user "Overpowered" in the diablo.incgamers.com forums.

This is in no way legit. We don't have keys to give any fansites, let alone projected possibilities of potential amounts that one could maybe receive even we have any to give at some unknown point in time. There's a reason that URL is blocked.
