Where's the paladin? - Blue Tracker

With the announcement of the monk class, I can only wonder what the final class is going to be. Most people are speculating that it will be a hunter type class. If that's the case, then where's the paladin? I won't even buy Diablo 3 if there isn't a knight class. So far I'm pretty unhappy with the classes that have been announced. Does anyone else feel the same way?

And don't tell me the monk is a paladin, that's ridiculous.

There was a monk class in the Hellfire expansion, which was not a Blizzard product and isn't recognized as canon. Our monk isn't the same, a continuation or adaptation. As far as the story, lineage, and product series goes the Hellfire expansion isn't included.
