What about "body modifications" ?

Ever since i saw the background pictures of the old skill tree screenshot ( http://www.diablo-3.net/wp-content/gallery/zeug/berserker-skilltree_ueberarbeitete-version.jpg ), i thought it would be awesome if your chosen skills/item bonuses affect you characters appearance.

Most certainly the pic above is just artwork, but it really doesn't look like your normal barbarian. It looks evil.
