I must have missed something, but how can he be playing this?

edit: looks like it's the Blizzcon demo, but still, he frapsed it which wasn't possible @ Blizzcon.

There were videos made available to major media/press with BlizzCon so they would have high quality footage to show should they want to report on Diablo III. Normally they're sent in multiple versions, with and without music so that a news caster can easily talk over the action. These are them. They're not official releases.
