Why the hell not? This game is far too rewarding to afk'ers and slows everything down.

Solution: Report AFK
What Happens: The player has 15 sec to confirm they are not afk in public games.

Regardless, I'm starting to think Blizzard is in full support of people going afk and still getting all the benefits from normal bounties.

Sure, ppl sometimes abuse the vote to kick, but right now far more ppl intentionally or not, is abusing the fact they can't be kicked.

We're looking at making some changes to the Vote Kick feature in an upcoming patch that should result in it being more useful than it currently is, and more in-line with it's original design intentions. We plan on removing some of the current Vote Kick restrictions to give players more control of their party, but still prevent abuse.
