Wizard Nerf? Why?

In short, it's because of how well channeled skills scale with Attack Speed and how procs occur as a result of this interaction. Manald Heal was very quickly scaling out of control.

Much of the community has a very real concern for power creep (we do too). PTR is a testing ground for us to try changes before they impact the actual performance of classes in a live environment, so adjustments to class power, both positive and negative, are going to happen. That’s what PTR is for, and we greatly appreciate those of you experimenting with various skills and builds and being involved in the testing process. While we conduct our own tests, it’s nice to see practical use by players lining up with our own findings.


The nerf was fair but still limits our potential at something other than archon....
