Does it means we will get 2 caches from any act, so basically making them all bonus acts and will get just 2 caches for the bonus act as well?

Wow 2 caches per bounty! That means 10 bags per act!
I'd like to clarify this, since I see where the confusion is arising. Each act completed gives bonus caches - caches aren't given out after the completion of individual bounties, only at the end of the act when you speak with Tyrael.
This means 4 total bags per act if completing a bonus act, not 10. I'll go ahead and reword this more clearly in the blog.
