Video not working - Sound fine

I installed the game this morning, but when I came back to play.. my screen went black and my monitor gave me an "Out of Frequency" error, listing the hz as 72.8, when my monitor can only go to 60. I have adjusted my screen resolution to heighten the allotted hz to 75 with no change in results.

Sound works NOOOO problem. :) Love the music so far.

I understand there is a method to "cap the hz" within the game settings (been hunting all afternoon for a solution), but is there a method to get it to work WITHOUT loading the game first? (can't edit settings IN game, if i can't get IN game after all.. >.> )
