Update error and can't proceed.

Hi,

I was looking around in-game options and found language selections. I changed it to Southeast asia, and the game client restarted to update. However, when I start launcher, it gives message "An unexpected error occurred while updating required files. Please try again."
I can't get in because of that, and I want to know how to reset settings. I can't find any ini or anything.
