"There Was Error Retrieving Achievement Data"

My achievement page is showing this message in a pop up window titled Error when i try to open achievements.

when i "OK" the box i see the UI for achievements but there is nothing there.
just things like

"[PH] this text should be replaced with game data"

no achievements show up. earned or unearned.

in the last patch i could at least see the achievements tho i couldnt earn them.
now i can't do either!

any idea what i can do to see/earn me some achievements? i got all 5 classes to level 13 last patch. got no achievement for it! now it seems i wont again either.

seem odd that other people seem to be getting achievements and im not.

Can you please post your D3Debug.txt file on pastebin.com and link it to this thread?

Your D3Debug.txt file is found in the folder called Release within your Diablo III folder where you installed the game.
