There was a problem loading your hero... wat

So..... I can't play the beta at all because apparently one(or all) of my hero's somehow bugged out. ERROR_395002
I had left the game minimized for about an hour(logged in with a hero selected, but not in a game) before I looked at the auction house and finally entered a public game. It was stuck on the loading screen for about 3 minutes before I decided it was frozen and ALT-F4ed. when I loaded back up and attempted to log in it game me this error. Over and over again. so yeah.
