The Necro and MSVCP140.dll (is Missing)

When I went to play the Necro is said I had to buy it, but it would not let me it said MSVCP140.dll (is missing)what does this mean?

This is a known issue. If you have access to the beta, a workaround is posted in the Necromancer Bug Report forum here.
