stuck on patch update screen

after the latest patch the status bar is stuck at 34%, but the update is complete. Unable to "play" from this point.

Any suggestion besides reinstalling game?

Hey Qwikk,

Try ending the Agent.exe program using the Task Manager and running the Launcher then.
