Strafe Tooltip/Usability

Level 13 Demon Hunter leveled up before the newest patch: Strafe tooltip and skills page show "Unlocked at Level 19". Strafe is still in my #2 skillslot, and I can use it in battle.

Enjoy your bonus! Since we did not wipe characters, any skill that was on your action bar before you patched can be used even if you haven't unlocked it.

It won't be usable as soon as you un-equip it.
