Signet Ring of the Blizzard missing xbox 360

Is anyone else not receiving the Signet Ring of the Blizzard for xbox 360 for RoS?
I have tried; reinstalling the game, unlinking my xbox account with battle.net and then linking it again, restarted xbox 360 several different times and logging in and out, played all the way through to the act 5, made a new character, tried with my old characters, checked my characters inventory, stash which is not full, and the mail box, and still nothing. :(
I have submitted a support ticket, looked at several different post/online forms for any type of work around, chatted with blizzard support, contacted Microsoft even and still nothing will work or why I'm still not getting the Signet Ring of the Blizzard.
Any one have any idea or what I should do?

Hi KiDCuDi, once you've linked your Account Profile with Battle.net and have connected online with the Ultimate Evil Edition, the Signet Ring of the Blizzard will be sent to your in-game stash. To find it, visit your stash (the chest) in any town and check the Rings category there. If you continue to encounter any difficulties, my suggestion would be to verify that the console account name was entered correctly into Battle.net or try linking it again.

Please be aware that there may be a slight delay between when the console account is linked, and when the Ring is received.
