I've seen the new scythe staff skin which comes with 2.4.1 and I love it. Which classes can make use of the transmog?

Any class that can use staves can equip the new Scythe transmog. That would be the Monk, Witch Doctor, and Wizard. You can view what classes can equip which items on this page in our Game Guide.

There's quite a lot of different new transmog items coming in 2.4.1, so while the Barbarian, Crusader, and Demon Hunter won't be able to use this option, they'll have a lot of other nifty new visuals to choose from!
