Projectile bug: Video showing it

Hi, I'm not sure if it has been done before, but I've been able to make a video showing this bug happening to me.

In the "currently known issue thread", they say projectiles are not showing on some computer. Well I think it's more "something" that triggers it.

I ran straight to royal crypt, cleared the 4 pillars then I started recording. The video shows me shooting projectiles all around. Then I leave the game and resume my quest. When I shoot there are no projectiles. I've tried several things, using waypoint to load new maps, projectiles don't come back unless I exit D3 then open it back.
