I posted an auction for a reptilian quiver, but the item could still be found on my character's inventory. I may have changed to a different tab before the item was approved as posted, which may have caused the issue. After I noticed it was still there, I attempted to post it again and received and error code. I was not able to record the error code, unfortunately. I started the game again and then left, and the item could no longer be found in my inventory. So the problem fixed itself.
