Patch 2.5.0 PTR - Known Issues (Updated 2/22)

Hello everyone, and welcome to Patch 2.5.0! Below you will find the Known Issues list for our 2.5.0 patch. Please do not report bugs that you see on this list, as we already know about them, and help out other players reporting bugs by referring them to this list.

As a reminder, this list will not list every bug that is active in the 2.5.0 patch. What it is listed here are a select few issues -- chosen due to visibility and impact -- that are active and confirmed as bugs by Quality Assurance with verifiable steps and (in most cases) an expected fix. Just because a bug is not on this list does not mean we don't know about it! In addition, potential exploits and the like will never be listed here.

Please note that documented bugs may not always be fixed in the order in which they were reported. In some cases, we may not have a timeline for a when a bug will be fixed and some bugs may not be able to be fixed at all. If we are able to verify that a documented bug cannot be fixed, it will be removed from this list.

Patch 2.5.0 Known Issues

General

• Player's names appear as blank "[]" when responding to a message (Fixed: 2/8)
• Right-click context menu options in the Chat window are non-functional (Fixed: 2/8)
• The second player to join a party is unable to leave the party (Fixed: 2/8)
• An error occurs when attempting to view Leaderboards on PTR for Greater Rifts or Season Achievements (Fixed: 2/8)
• Players are unable to join additional Public Chat channels (Fixed: 2/8)

The Armory

• Using the Armory to swap from two 1-handed weapons to a 2-handed weapon will delete the off-hand (Fixed: 2/9)

• Swapping Armory sets with the same passive in differing slots causes them to not function correctly

Crusader

• It is possible equip a 2-Handed weapon and offhand without using the Heavenly Strength passive (Fixed: 2/7)

Items

• Holy Point Shot
  
  • The additional knives granted by this legendary effect do not benefit from the 6-piece bonus of the Shadow's Mantle set (Fixed: 2/7)
• Gazing Demise
  
  • When used with the Spirit Barrage (Phantasm) rune, the bonus Spirit Barrage damage is not being applied (Fixed: 2/9)

Seasons

• Creating a new Seasonal Hero as the first action you do after updating to Patch 2.5.0 will cause your non-Seasonal crafting materials to transfer to your Seasonal character

The Armory
