Patch 14 - Character wipe?

Any Blue Lovin' on this would be great...

Are our Toons going to be wiped for patch 14?

I would expect so with the amount of changes, but I know I've seen blue answer this question on previous patches, so, rather than wonder (or wait til server-up to find out)...
