Paragon XP drastically cut?

What the heck, My paragon lvl got cut in half????

I have a barb thats 42 by himself, how do I have a collective paragon lvl of only 23?

There was a bug which resulted in imported characters having a reduction in Paragon levels, but it's been hotfixed. You'll need to copy your characters over again if this happened to you in order to have the appropriate amount of Paragon levels, though. If you're interested you can find the latest updates to hotfixes by following these links for PTR and Closed Beta.
