Paragon shared between HC and SC?

Since paragon will be account bound in RoS will the paragon points be shared between softcore and hardcore charcters?

In its current implementation, Normal and Hardcore characters will have separate Paragon pools. That is: all Normal characters on an account will share one combined Paragon level, and all Hardcore characters will share a separate overall Paragon level.
