Well There are several threads like this, all have died out with hardly any blue interaction, and none with any resolution.

As I'm sure a lot of people are experiencing, Error_315300 is what happens when " Your account name or password is incorrect. Please try again. (ERROR_315300) "

It has been around four and a half (4.5) days since I got the beta invite, and I had hoped it would go away by now. I have not changed my password for months now, so that isn't the issue, as some have experienced.

So can we please get an official answer on this issue, I am sure A LOT of people will be relieved to know what the problem is.

I for one never had the chance to play D2, so this would be a chance for you (blizzard) to show me how much fun it is, as I'm sure quite a few people are in the same boat (we all hear amazing things, but just haven't played D1/D2 yet...) So cmon Blizzard, where is that quality that we know and expect from you?

Maybe if we get enough people to say they have the same issue they will see this isn't just one person having a random issue.....

Thanks for your time guys,
Ctark

Hi Ctark,

ERROR_315300 means your user name and password is incorrect. It is not a bug. It is working correctly.

There is a bug with there being a delay between changing your Battle.net password on your Battle.net account and it syncing with the Diablo III Beta. That is not a Beta bug, but a website/service bug.

Steps you can do to get into your account:
Use you Battle.net e-mail address.
Try old passwords
Make sure your e-mail address and password are correct

No problem, it's what I'm here for :)

Honestly, I would try to put in a ticket with Customer Support, e-mail them, or call them. There may be a problem with your Battle.net account if none of those work-arounds work. They should be able to look up your account and verify your information.

Make sure you tell them what steps you've done and that you worked with me on the D3 Beta Bug Report forums. That way they know you've tried to fix this problem on your end.

I'm sorry that I was unable to fix your problem, and thank you so much for the kind words. Stuff like that helps keep me motivated to continue supporting our awesome community.
