No Page of Training

I don't know if this is a bug, or just coincidence, but since the last patch I have not found a single page of training. I don't remember seeing anywhere that it was taken out, so I would assume I would have found at least one by now.

Maldavia! Welcome back to the Bug Report forums!

And yes, I just confirmed that Pages of Training now drop in Nightmare mode and higher. That way you cannot level up your Blacksmith to max during the Normal mode playthrough.
