No one in public games - Blue Tracker

I log in and go to public games and there isn't a soul there. I log out and try again and no one. Never seen this before. There has to be at least one online. I even made a game public and no one came in. Is there something wrong? Never seen this before today.

There is currently a known issue affecting public games in which players are either not able to enter a public game or will not be able to successfully have others join their own public game.

The current workaround is to start a game on the final quest (Reign of the Black King). Talk to Cain to trigger the quest. Immediatly after Cain's dialogue and the quest is triggered leave the game and then try to join a public game. It should work then.
