Mortick's Bracers: Console Only?

So... there's a lot of /wrists over in the barb forum. Apparently Blizzard decided last minute to pull them from the patch. I saw that BattlePants had a SS of his -did anyone else on console get them as well? Otherwise I'm wondering how we on console can get it but not PC players? That probably would make them even more emo but they don't ever come to this part of the forum so I'm thinking they'll never know.... hahahahaha

We weren't totally happy with the final iteration of Mortick's Brace on the PTR, so we decided to hold off on releasing it with patch 2.2.0. While the item was successfully removed from the patch for PC, it was not removed from the patch for PlayStation 4 or XBox One. This was not intended.

To correct this, we recently issued a hotfix for PS4 and XB1 to disable Mortick's Brace from dropping. This hotfix is now live for both platforms in all regions. (Please note that the hotfix will not remove any existing Mortick's Braces from players' inventories; it will only prevent new versions of the item from dropping.) We may revisit this item in a later patch.
