Monk scrolling combat text???

So I haven't had a chance to play much in the last couple weeks, however after the release of Patch 8 I had to try out the new Monk ability. I'm confused, I remember seeing a tooltip of the damage my attacks were doing. Now I see nothing, I have no idea how hard i'm hitting for etc.

I tried looking in the options/settings etc under gameplay, video etc, and no luck... Is this a bug, intentional, is there a key I accidentally hit that turned it off?
