Launcher not starting - Blue Tracker

I only get a message saying that the launcher is not designed to work on windows.... help please? We only have a few hours left!!!

You'll want to delete the C:\ProgramData\Battle.net folder. That'll force it to get a new copy of those files including the one called out in the error message.

ProgramData is a hidden folder by default.

You can change a Windows setting if you'd like to see them full-time.

To do so, click your Windows/Start button, select 'Control Panel' from the menu, then 'Appearance and Personalization', then 'Folder Options'. Next click the 'View' tab, scroll down the list and look for the option 'Hidden files and folders', make sure this is set to Show hidden files and folders.
