lashing tail kick restores full health

whenever i use lashing tail kick it gives me full health back no matter hot low i am and i dont have much gear that gives health for spirit used

Are you wearing any gear that gives you health back per hit, or any other forms of health regen?

In addition, did you Lashing Tail Kick a health globe?
