For known issues, do I need to chime in and say I'm having this issue too? If so, how should I go about doing this? Post in an existing thread or create a new one?

Hi Hisoka!

When reporting a bug, please do a quick search of the bug you are looking for. If you do not find it, briefly look at the main page of the bug report forums. Chances are that if it is a common bug, it'll be on the main page. If it has been reported, simply add to a thread that is talking about the bug you want to report (any will do!).

If there is no thread and you can't find it by searching, feel free to make a new thread. The avoiding duplicate threads rule is mainly there to try to prevent the same bug being reported 100 times, but it will happen as more people get added to the Beta :)
