Joining Incorrect Mission

Hi I found the beta on my account yesterday and have been playing over the last two days.

Starting in the last hour or so I have been experiencing problems joining public games. When selecting the mission on the public games screen it takes me to the mission which is selected on the private (?) mission status.

I have been trying to level characters to 13 so running the missions reign of the black king over and over. I have found changing the private mission through the change quest option to act 4 each time and then selecting act 4 public game the mission will let me get into these games, but if I dont select the change quest option first I will be put into a game at the beginning of act 1.
