It's a privilege to be a Beta tester

We signed up for the Beta. The Beta exists to test for bugs and gameplay experience. Blizzard is not obligated to provide a public Beta in any way shape or form. The fundamental purpose of a Beta release is not to please the testers or to grant wishes or to pay any attention to us at all. They owe us no favors. We voluntarily joined as testers under no contract or stipulation.

Waiting for maintenance... these are the kind of normal days that should remind us why we're here. We could just know about the upcoming release and have no idea what to expect from the game. The amount of inside knowledge we already possess from the content that's been given is more privilege than what is due to us.

Be thankful for the opportunity you have to see the game before May 15, 2012. And if you feel compelled to complain, whether it's about the game or the server maintenance ETA, just remember that you could be one of the millions who have yet to see Diablo III at all except on YouTube. Those people are not complaining, except that they are not in your shoes as a Beta tester.
