Issues with In-game content for RoS CE

Hey Scios! Can you provide me a full list of the bonus digital items that you DO have and a full list of those you don't?

For reference, here's everything (digital) you should have received:

- 6 Malthael-inspired item appearances that can be used for transmogrification
- Infernal Helm item appearance
- 3 extra character slots
- Spectral Hound
- A Treasure Goblin pet for World of Warcraft
- Crusader-themed portraits and Malthael-themed decals for StarCraft II

And, since you applied your game key before March 31, you should have also received:

- Wings of Valor

You'll also receive 3 Expert Card packs for Hearthstone.

Just as an FYI, here's a full walkthrough on how to claim your bonus digital items in Diablo III.

Transmogrification Plans, Spectral Hound, and Wings of Valor:

If you purchased the Digital Deluxe Edition or Collector's Edition, once you upgrade or add the game key, you'll receive an in-game mail on each of your heroes containing your Diablo III bonus items.

To claim this mail, log into a hero (i.e. select a quest and click "Resume Game" or "Start Game"). On the lower left-hand side of the screen, you'll see two icons: a chat icon and a mail icon. Click the mail icon to open up the "Messages" window. In this window, there will be a message with the following title: "RoS Collector's Edition: Three Helms, Seven Transmogs, Spectral Hound"

Click the title to open the message. Inside you'll find three separate items:

Arma Haereticorum (three helm transmogrification plans)

Liber Canis Morui (the Spectral Hound)

Arma Mortis (seven Malthael-themed transmogrification plans)At the bottom of the message window, click "Claim" to transport these items to your hero's inventory. Note that you'll need to unlock the Mystic before you can learn the transmogrification plans.

For players who qualify for our preorder bonus, this is the same method by which the Wings of Valor will be delivered to your heroes. The title of that message will be "RoS Preorder: Wings of Valor," so keep an eye out for it!

Digital Transactions:

You should be able to acquire your bonus digital items as soon as your digital purchase has been processed. However, please keep in mind that digital transactions can take upwards of 72 hours to complete. It doesn't usually always take that long for a transaction to process, but it can.

If you upgraded over 72 hours ago, and are still not seeing the notification for your digital items, please try one or all of the following:

• Create a new character
• Close the game down, and restart the Battle.net Desktop App
• Reset your account password

I have 2 legendary books from the CE but I do not know if they're part of the 6 transmog items because I'm currently at work and didn't have time to check. I also do not have the infernal helm transmog.

Those two books contain the bonus transmogrification plans. Looks like you're all set! :)

I have the regular version (Hardcopy) which I activated today, however my Wings of Valor haven't appeared. It seems I can play the game fine, but the preorder bonus is being properly unlocked.

Missing -

Wings of Valor - D3 RoS

Hearthstone card pack - Hearthstone

Im concerned that not only will I not get these items, but the other pre-order bonus for HoTS won't be available either.

Did you purchase digitally? If yes, it can take up to 72 hours for your purchase to completely process.

To craft which items? Do you mean the transmogrification plans? You'll need to first unlock Myriam the Mystic in Act V. Once she's unlocked as an artisan, you can teach her the plans. :)

I could claim the items via the in-game mail, no problems. Are we supposed to get a "FoS" achievement for Collector's Edition in RoS? I got the FoS in WoW (for buying and activating RoS CE and obtaining the treasure goblin pet) but I'm still not getting any in D3. Tried with my old paragon 100 and a new crusader, nothing works.

There's no Feat of Strength implemented right now, but we'll be adding one in our first big content patch (and it'll be awarded retroactively to anyone with a CE license on their account). Apologies for the confusion and the delay!

There are two books you should have received: Arma Haereticorum and Arma Mortis. For clarity, did you train both at the Mystic? (Sounds like you may have only trained one, but I want to double-check!)

I got the Collectors edition, when I went to DL into my computer, It did not let me DL it into the drive I wanted. I have the disc in computer. Is it safe to say I can take it out? Its a bit like the old D2 LOD, where to play it you had to use the disc. I feel a bit silly asking that.

Have you patched up to 2.0.1, 2.0.2, and 2.0.3? That is, does your Battle.net desktop app show that you're "Updated to version 2.0.3.22427" whenever you're on the Diablo III screen (with the big blue "Play" button)? If yes, you're good. You don't need to download anything else and can remove the disc from your computer safely. :)

How do I use the dog and the wings?

Just right-click their icon to activate them once they're in your inventory! By right-clicking, you'll "equip" the wings and summon your Spectral Hound.

What key thingy are you referring to, by the way?

Regarding the bonuses, although the key has to be claimed before March 31st, characters created after that date on accounts which have received the bonuses will continue to receive all of them, correct?

So if I create a character July 14th, 2015, the bonuses will still be received right?

Correct! That's the intent. :)

Still no right click use on the wings and hound. All it does is move them from stash to inventory and back again.

Silly question, but what happens when you click on them when your stash isn't open?

Key as in game code.
I didnt have to use the "Authentication Key" aka xxxx-xxxx- etc. . I just popped the disc in. Et voila. I will check on the update. Maybe thats it. Will get back to you.

Also, just to confirm: Did you purchase Reaper of Souls digitally (from the Battle.net Shop), or did you buy a retail version of the game? If the latter, have you entered the game key here?

Just confirming your list and adding the one missing!

Arma Mortis:

• Quietus - Hand-XBow
• Mortal Coil - Flail (1H)
• DeathReach – Fist
• Sacrificer - Sacrificial Dagger
• Heart of Darkness - Source
• Lifebane – 1H Weapon
• Grim Reaper – 2h Mighty Weapon (This item isn't currently appearing in the Mystic's transmogrification list, which is a known issue that we've already bugged.)

Arma Haereticorum:

• Infernal Helm
• Death Mask
• Hallowed Helm

Note that when you train these patterns at the Mystic, the toasts can progress a little slowly. As long as you right-click on both books with the Mystic window open, though, you will train all 10 transmogrification patterns. We've tested this several times based on your reports and everything seems to be working correctly. The only issue we've found is that the "Grim Reaper - 2h Mighty Weapon" pattern is not properly appearing in the Mystic's list of eligible appearances (even though is it being successfully learn by your hero). As noted above, we're already looking into that bug and hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

As i stated before, i learnt both recipes but i only see the 3 helmets. Is a bug? should i wait for a fix or should i adress this in a Support Ticket?

For clarity:

- You're absolutely sure you've learned the Arma Mortis patterns? (You can check by claiming the book again on a different character and then right-clicking while at the Mystic. If you've already learned them, you should receive a notification.)

- If yes, you've double checked the Mystic's list of appearances and have confirmed that none of the patterns from Arma Mortis are appearing?

For those who are still saying that cannot find any of the patterns included in Arma Mortis, please note that many of the weapon transmogrification patterns are class-specific items are therefore only compatible with similar class-specific items. In addition, only weapons that share similar animations can be transmogrified, such as a 1-handed sword to 1-handed axe (which both have a swinging animation), but you cannot change a javelin (which has an overhead thrusting animation) into either.

With that in mind, here are some tips:

- To look for Quietus, place a hand cross-bow into the Transmogrify tab.
- To look for Mortal Coil, place a 1-handed flail into the Transmogrify tab.
- To look for Death Reach, place a fist weapon into the Transmogrify tab.
- To look for Sacrificer, place a ceremonial knife into the Transmogrify tab.
- To look for Heart of Darkness, place a source into the Transmogrify tab.
- To look for Lifebane, place a 1-handed sword or 1-handed axe into the Transmogrify tab.
- To look for Grim Reaper (once its corresponding bug is fixed), place a 2-handed Mighty weapon into the Transmogrify tab.

Hopefully this will help! and apologies for the confusion. If you follow the above tips, you should be see the patterns. If not, let me know and I'll reach out to our QA team for further investigation. :)

They should be available for you whenever you log into StarCraft II. Have you tried that yet? :)

Hey Lylirra, somewhat related but i'm having the oposite issues. I got twice the wings, the patterns and pet. While i guess i can just drop the extra patterns on the ground i can't seem to be able to delete the extra wings and pet in any way. Is there a fix?

You mean you received them on multiple characters? That's intended. :) Feel free to sell the duplicates to a vendor!

All the items you listed are bonuses you'll receive simply for purchasing the Digital Deluxe or Collector's Edition of Reaper of Souls. These bonuses are not considered limited-time. That is, you'll receive them no matter when you digitally purchase the DDE or claim the CE game key. :)

I actually addressed this point earlier! There's no Feat of Strength available right now, but we will be patching one in later (that should apply retroactively). :)
