Is Mercy's wings an account bound?

Hello,

I plan to buy Overwatch origin's edition for mercy's wings and my question is, is it an account bound?
Are all my characters be able to wear wings at the same time?

Also yes, if you get Overwatch: Origins edition on the same battle.net account as your Diablo III account, then all of your current and future characters should have access to Mercy's Wings. :)
