Is it allowed to use profile pages

As the title states, is it allowed to parse profile pages instead of the API. I'm waiting on an PHP Api library and could use in the meantime the profile pages.

I suppose that depends on what you mean by reuse and how it is going to be used. If you plan on copying the css and images to essential copy/host profiles on your own site, that would probably be a problem.

I need more information before I can say.
