In-game clock (time shown improperly)

The in-game clock shows the time improperly. I mean the time shown above the top right corner of the mini-map. Instead of showing time in a proper way (ex. 8:15 PM), I get weird symbols like ¿???
Please fix the clock as the current one is useless to me...
