Huge Lag when encountering monsters

Hello,

I've been experiencing a LOT of lag when encountering monsters.

I can't really understand how is that even possible, because I have beaten Skeleton King, got to level 10 and after clsoing the game and not opening it for a few days, everytime I encountered monster there was a HUGE lag. Really, when my Witch Doctor encounters the enemies they go after them, but the second I shoot a dart or use any skill it stops everything. A few seconds later the monster is destroyed and everything moves again.

If I try to just shoot a dart, with no enemies around, just by pressing shift and left click, the screen stops and returns the dart is gone.

I've beaten the game with everything at High and now with everything low and some options are even in off, it's exactly the same.

My normal latency has been around 300ms (I didn't bother about this before the lag), when teh game freezes I can't see the latencyu, but right after being able to move I check and it's 1100ms latency!

Anyone had the same problem? Can somebody understand how this is possible?

Thanks in Advance

It's really weird this, but I guess people in Blizzard are alreay aware of this two diablo launching thing right?

I hope this is fixed in the next patch.

Thanks everybody who came here.

Yes, we are aware of this. This was one of the bugs that the Mists of Pandaria Beta caused accidentally in the Diablo III Beta. We should have it fixed with our next tools patch.

Thanks for posting the work around!

After Googling it, I fixed the lag I had by moving the .agent file out of the D3BetaDirectory onto the desktop.

Can't tell you exactly what it does, I'm just that guy that listens to random internet posts.

You should check to see if Agent.exe re-built itself inside that folder. Agent.exe is our toolset and should not be causing lag. If it is moved or deleted from a folder, it should automatically rebuild itself.
