hotfix PlayStation 4/Xbox One version

Hello dear Blizzards,

please fix the speech sample issue with the upcoming patch 2.2.0
Conversations with followers are the only thing one can hear. It doesn't work for massacre, elite pack encounters town portal etc. any more.
This way the whole game seems a bit... lifeless -.-

Thanks for the reports! We've identified a bug in UEE that causes player characters to no longer taunt their enemies, which results in them talking a lot less frequently. We intend to fix the bug in a future patch, but we don't currently plan on using a hotfix to do so.

Thank you for updating the thread title, and thank you Muskra for bringing up a good point. We're aware that this bug is showing up on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and our intent is to correct it on both systems as well.
