History of New Tristram Book in the Inn Bug

There is a lore book that seems to be randomly selectable by the table by the entrance of the Slaughtered Calf Inn in New Tristram called ' History of New Tristram ' sometimes you pass the Inn. However when it is selectable and you try to click on it, it seems to disappear rather than give you a new lore book. sometimes its selectable and sometimes not.

Has anyone else experienced/noticed this bug ?
